Superstar service
I ordered the maya berry bodysuit and needed it
for the weekend. I called as the cut off time for next day had passed but they managed to get it to me (so nice to be able to talk to customer service and have a fast response!!)
The bodysuit arrived in tissue packaging and was absolutely gorgeous! The customer service was exceptional and the quality of my item was beautiful silky soft material.
I would definitely recommend Honor Gold and have already ordered a dress and top!

With regard to the free returns we presently only offer it on full priced styles, it does state on our T&Cs that currently we don’t offer free returns for sale styles but this is something we are working towards.

I purchased a bodysuit online from Honor Gold, after my order from another website failed to turn up for a special occasion. I called Honor Gold before placing my order and spoke with Rena as I had some questions regarding speedy delivery, and she was most helpful and ensured that my order arrived on time.
The bodysuit arrived in very pretty packaging and was absolutely gorgeous! The customer service was exceptional and the quality of my item was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Honor Gold and look forward to shopping with them again.

Beautiful skirt and exceptional Customer Service
I ordered a skirt from Honor Gold, didn't received it as quickly as expected so checked the tracking info and it looked as though it was stuck with Royal Mail - I popped an email over to HG and I got a response almost immediately which I was so impressed with! Sue dealt with my query exceptionally and I now have my gorgeous skirt. I always say that a business should not be measured by what goes wrong, but how they deal with it when it does. I was very impressed!

Beautiful dress, excellent customer service
I needed a replacement bridesmaids dress after the original failed to turn up (from elsewhere!) and ordered the Arianna lace dress. The dress itself is beautiful and well made and fit well. The fabric is quite stretchy so it was very comfortable to wear.
I had a couple questions before ordering and these were responded to very quickly and the responses were helpful.
Unfortunately, the bride felt that the style of the dress didn’t match the other bridesmaids which was understandable but disappointing and I ended up returning the dress. I was sad to return it but unlikely to wear such a dress anytime soon and couldn’t really justify keeping it.
The return and refund was dealt with and processed very quickly and with no issues.
I would absolutely buy a dress from here again and it will be my first stop if the occasion arises!

Gorgeous Dress & Quick Delivery
I ordered the Lana Navy Maxi for my bridesmaids. The dresses all arrived quickly and well packed. The dress itself is gorgeous. I ordered 3 different sizes and the style was flattering on all of the bridesmaids. I’d definitely recommend Honor Gold and would order from them again in the future.
