Very bad and frustrated experience. In november we ordered 60 pcs of ortomol femin but we get only 30 and no reliable explanation or reimbursement was done. Prior to order the second time we try to explain to this supplier the problem and ask him to control again prior sending but the explanation was ridiculous : it's not ours it's the another society is responsible for the packing and we can't control it. But we paid the Homempatia and not the ghost company responsible for the packing... So the conclusion is simple no responsability, no reimbursement and they treat their clients as stupid people ...

Received the package after less than a week in RO. Indeed there was no confirmation email, but the courier got all my details right and had no problem with the delivery.

Terrible dishonest seller. Never received notification shipment went out, no tracking number.
After patiently waiting a weekend and a few days I wrote asking for an update. I received no comment just a tracking number. (finally) The item had been sitting in the courrier branch idle for 5 days with no explanation and no attempted delivery. By the time I contacted the DHL in the morning the product was marked as incorrect address (a lie) and was heading back.
The seller is ignoring my emails, has not given any reimbursement, yet by now has the expensive products on their shevles! Never again!

Very frustrating experience! I placed an order for 2 boxes of orthamol vitamins and only got one. Shop refused to take any responsibility and said it was not 2 boxes, but 2 tablets per day ( its not true it's 3). They offered to send the box back, but I already paid international postage once and paying postage again is hardly worth it. Dishonest company, but now I can see from reviews that some people did not receive their orders at all I guess I should be glad to receive at least something. Avoid if at all possible!

I was initially reluctant after read some reviews but my clinic recommend me the page. They have been so brilliant and I get my remedies in 48 hrs. So fast considering they are comming from Germany and I live in UK. All items sent by DHL. Webpage is so easy to manage and buying process is clear. I highly recommend it despite the shipping costs are a bit high.

Beware of this business as they are operating like scammers. Thank God i used PayPal to place my order. I never got neither an order confirmation email or an associated tracking email while placing the order.
After a week of unsuccessfully trying to get in touch with them, i filed a claim against them in PayPal. The seller, in extreme panic, replied within 5 minutes of placing my claim and of course tried to lie their way out of a stressful situation by immediately shipping the item ordered 10 days ago and providing bogus excuses such as that maybe their email was screened by the email service. LOL.

Used homoempatia.eu to order some products, to sedn to Portugal. This was my second order and had no problem with the first one.
This second time, my order was placed on the 1st November and after 1 month i still haven't received the products. For the last 15 days they have been saying that it is a problem with DHL and it could take 6 weeks to find out what went wrong!!!
Unbelievable!

Everything went smoothly. I received the product in 3 working days from Germany to Italy.
Perfect.
