I purchased your product on Amazon and it arrived in a few days. It's installed in my kitchen foe backsplash and we love the way it looks

After a full day of doing my taxes I discovered my tile had arrived. They made my day! The boxes they came in were quite beat up so I went through them carefully -- a few individual tiles had come off of the backing but basically they are perfect. Whimsical, colorful and meeting (exceeding?!) my expectations. Excited to get them installed!

I purchased two samples of mosaic tiles. They came packaged very well & protected from breaking. They are beautiful tiles. They arrived pretty quickly. For this I would give you a 4 or 5 Star. However, one tile sample I ordered was very different in color, and I sent a message for someone from Hominter to call me to discuss the difference, as I paid $9.95 for the sample, and if I wanted to order it, I don't know what I would receive. I have not heard back at all. It is not easy to get in touch with you. There is no customer service number. For this reason I gave a 3 Star. Perhaps you can still get in touch with me.

I have NOT received the deco sample ordered last week. Until this is received I am at a stale mate on paint and tile. Hoping to see the sample this week

I was showed you had the quantity I needed, so I placed the order, Paid for it. Only to be later emailed asking me to choose a different item because you no longer had the quantity I needed, when I denied choosing another item and just asked for a refund. You obliged, but not without taking a fee out. Which just seems crazy to me after I was lied to. 100% WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!

The tile I got is not what I wanted. It is brassy and ugly. Cannot use it.
I have tried for 12 days to get an RMA from them. There is not response from Hominter and they refuse to recognize my order number !!
I will contact my credit card company to deny payment.

Wrote a bad review about dealing with this company and customer service. That being said, the tile is really beautiful and high quality and looks great in my beach house. Five star on the product itself and low ratings on the customer service and communication.

Literally no feedback or correspondence even though I consistently have requested info. Will most likely have to stop payment due to the lack of customer support.

no communications for over a week from your end on shipping product after I purchased. Once I sent an email asking for tracking I was told it was shipped and would be here the next day. I waited three days to complain again and now was told they made a shipping mistake and was shipped by another carrier. I informed your company I wanted my money back as I have waited over two weeks and still nothing as far as product or lack of proper communication. I have found another product from another company which I received in 6 days and sill nothing from yoyur company.

The variety of quality tiles available, ease of purchase, time of arrival to my home and price. Total experience was excellent 😊 I would like to add a photo of my beautiful tiles, don't know how

Super fast delivery, product true to look online. Three boxes of glass tile only one small piece broken. Fourth box every sheet had one or two broken pieces. My layout allowed for this allowance of broken pieces.
