No way to contact ....stay away !
I have been trying to contact this company or person for over 3 years trying to close my listing to host people, I constantly receive booking requests but have to refuse. I now warn potential guests away from this site as I think it is no longer ran by moral people.

Refund for a guest
due to unforseen circumstances I've had to cancel a booking for January 2023. I am a host. Homestayin have not responded to my constant emails to help the guest get her refund. I'll be deleting my account. don't use them.

DO NOT USE HOMESTAYIN
9 months ago, I booked a room in Paris for several months, unfortunately the host got to the hospital and asked to cancel the reservation. The host wrote several times to the Homestayin support service and I wrote about the refund several times a month. But no one has answered yet, there is no phone number to call, and they do not answer messages. Money still has not been returned, since I booked for several months, the amount is large. This is the most terrible service and the most terrible experience I have experienced. Do not book anything in this company.

No reservation refund
I made a reservation, the host cancelled 10 days before the reservation date, I don't receive my money back, the homestayin admin and the host doesn't answer my messages. Don't use this site for reservations.
