The house we stayed in was perfect, clean and cosy. Before and during our stay, Homerti's staff has always been very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we raised. Would come back any time.

We booked this villa because of how it looked on line in photos and location. Quiet neighbourhood/village. We were attending family wedding in Calvia and had family staying in Palma Nova. So everything close.

This rental needs more communication between staff and property owners. When things are broken they need replacing, not just left not working.

We arrived for 10 night holiday, late at night.

Arrived late and thought there would be a welcome pack. Nothing.
Some milk would have been very helpful as no shops open anywhere in surrounding area.
No information in villa about local area, shops etc and what the villa has, we thought the table tennis would be good but no bats or ping pong balls. We had to buy these for our children.

Kitchen had no wine glasses, gin glasses or cava flutes.
But 30 plus shot glasses. Which is not what we needed.
The toaster didn’t work next morning, after a drive out for supplies. So had to use oven for toast.

The furniture in living room was not set up like photos. Half the sofa was just shoved in corner of the room.
The room was dominated by huge table that sat more than six. Which is lovely if you’re catering for 12 but we were not.

Outside area, there was one umbrella to use for shade, this was broken and was ripped. It was taped up with grey duct tape. This didn’t stay up and we couldn’t use it.

We did some washing and found the clothes airer, this didn’t stand up and was broken. The cleaners should let you know these things.

The pool was okay, but tiles didn’t make it look very inviting. Maybe it’s sun cream stains.

We travelled with my husband’s parents and wanted this holiday to be special. It was our only holiday this year and we were all very disappointed. We made the best of it where we could.
Would not return to this villa.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable with a lot of nice details. You have a lot of rooms, plenty of space. It's in the center of Soller, very well located. The service is perfekt.

I was not pleased with the place at rented. For Homerty I will recommend to check on the properties before renting it. I did get the wrong code to enter the property so I had to have a neighbor help me. The place did not have the necessary things to make anyone’s stay a pleasant one. Toilet paper, paper towels, broom , pool towels, stagnant waters that make a perfect place for mosquitoes. BBQ area dirty, bssketball and tennis court unusable. Your personnel was not available to help with small issues. I rented through VRBO which is vacation rental by owner not a company. Not a happy client

Superb accommodation in a beautiful position. We had already stayed next door at Vistamar and this holiday did not disappoint. The accommodation had everything we needed. On site parking and a great beach bar - Pepes - a few minutes walk away.

The comunication with Homerti was professional and fast.

Questions pre booking were answered very promptly and the link regarding property info on the VRBO app provided comprehensive details.

The only thing that concerned me was that we couldn't receive the key code until 15 mins before the check in time of 4.00 p.m. This was a worry as the property was quite rural, but all went without a hitch. Damage deposit returned in timely manner.

First time we have used this agent and would be happy to do so again.

Lovely property and location, had everything we needed for a family getaway, Gretel too was very helpful.

The only downside was having to pay the deposit in cash rather than credit card.

Poorly stocked, hard beds, no extra pillows or blankets, no instructions, no WiFi info posted, had to call for password, WiFi only worked if you are within 20 feet of modem,kitchen freezer does work, oven didn’t work had to use toaster oven, no soap in the bathrooms, no towels to use at the pool, 1 small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no backup, front door took a should bump to get it to open the ladies in the group could not open by themselves.
On the good side the house is beautiful and the area is very nice, just not well maintained.
I could not in good conscience recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was excellent — close to the city center with easy access to the main streets, yet tucked away in a less touristy area that gave us a genuine local experience. The accommodation was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking simple and convenient.

One of the highlights was the jacuzzi on the second floor — a perfect spot to relax after exploring Mallorca. The rooms were comfortable, with their own AC unit, which was a big plus. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep, but they felt solid and safe.

Overall, a great place to stay if you want a mix of comfort, convenience, and a more authentic Mallorca atmosphere. Highly recommend!

First was the deposit of €250 after I had paid. This info was hidden below covid I instructions. So somewhat outdated. I did not book an Air B&B. To late to cancel without losing money. I will be making an official complaint to Booking.com.
The property.
Old uncomfortable beds and furniture.
Smelly top sheet with no blankets, spare or otherwise. Not acceptable.
Bathroom, shower room OK. 2nd bathroom was unusable due to the smell of drains.
Kitchen, poorly equipped. With a toaster that I don't believe is even legal. It was a burn/death trap. How was this ancient piece of equipment allowed in a rental apartment??!! This needs to be reviewed immediately. Before somebody has a serious accident. We took a video and showed it to our friends. They thought it was a joke.
Lounge diner, the TV was in the dining room, not the lounge. We had to rearrange the furniture to allow us to sit in discomfort to watch TV.
TV, non of the apps worked on the TV so we could not log onto our own Netflix or any other channel.
Incredulous all round.
