A stunning old traditional house and grounds. So many different rooms, kitchen very well equipped, lovely welcome pack of wine, olive oil, milk, fruit and snacks. Cleanliness exceptional. Had a couple of queries and our messages were answered within 10 minutes - this was late at night!
The grounds are out of this world, so many different places to sit. Lovely pond. Lots of wildlife - so peaceful yet only a 20 minute walk into the local town or 25 minute drive into Palma. The pool is very large and immaculately maintained.
Cannot fault this villa, would love to stay there again.

Great place to stay quiet and everything you need in the house

Amazing location. The process of finding and entering the place was straightforward. The apartment was nicely furnished and offered all amenities we were expecting. The smells took a bit of getting used to, but that comes with living right next to the sea.

Perfect location. Fantastic accommodation. Loved the quirkiness of the property. The pool perfect for cooling. Also had parking for our hire car which was such a bonus.

check-in data from me, it is difficult to scan my ID then my face, because of format of photo- it is deformed. It last about 1 Hour to scan all passengers. But everything else was great, tnank you

The only reason I gave four stars and not five was because I had never made a booking like this before and I felt more information could have been given earlier on, such as the online check in and when I would receive the key lock code. As this information was only shared 48 hours before and it made me panic.

Great place to stay during cycling vacations. Cosy and spacious to accomodate 4 adults (1+1+2 for beds) or a family of 4. The beach is just across the street. Eroski supermarket within a walking distance. Recomending adjacent L’Epicerie - superb shop/day bar with coffee, wine and local products.

Apartment was very clean and comfotable. It had all the kitchen essentials needed for a family stay. Terrace was lovely to sit out and relax on.

The requirement to take our rubbish to the municipal bins located a couple of streets away was unexpected and a little inconvenient. Also the need to provide a significant deposit in advance which we had to wait to be returned to our account after our departure was something we have not experienced previously in Spain and wasn't required by other family members who stayed in other apartments in Denia. That said, we would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great apartment close the the beach am see real convenience stores. Also has parking space.
Hobe, it has inly one bathroom. The other toilet is outside. Also, they didn't have toiletries like extra toilet roll, kitchen roll, shower gel, shampoos, dishwashing liquid. They were quite responsive too

Communication was clear and very easy to contact for anything. The quality of the accommodation was perfect for my short stay in Denia.

Dont recommend! Avoid at all cost! They're scammers. Offer something in a property and then it's not even available. When you contact them and try to get a partial refund they just stop answering you. Fighting for my money for 2 months now!
