Worst every service / online portal. The advert didn't publish on the portal to start with. The proof of address refused to pull through. Called more than twice and was promised a return call - never happened. Support is terrible - they are slow and the problems failed to be resolved. I was contacted by Ollie Thomas twice once admitted that they have issues with their portal and looking into it. Second time, indicated that they don't know when issue will be resolved and asking to create another advert which I did created but same problem occurred - The advert would not refuse to upload Proof of ownership and hence wont publish online. This has been going on for a month now. My advise - avoid this company and google for others in market with very competitive price and efficient service.

Use OpenRent instead

Absolutely appalling service and platform. From the very start, it was terrible. The advert didn't pull through to the portals properly, so any prospective tenants that filtered their search would not have seen my advert - it appeared under neither furnished, part furnished or unfurnished. The floor plan refused to pull through. Called twice and was promised a return call - never happened. The enquiries are very slow to be pushed through to you. Support is terrible - they are slow and the problems failed to be resolved. I can't think of anything good to say!

DON'T BOTHER AND USE OPENRENT INSTEAD!

I used HomeRenter to let my studio flat in West London, and I was very pleased with the quality of service, including personal contact whenever it was needed, prompt responses, listing on major property portals, and tenant enquiries were passed on to me very quickly. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

I used this company and within hours had several potential tenants make contact and the tenancy was agreed in less that a week. Very impressive and would definitely recommend
and use again.

I have just signed a lease for my property on HomeRenter and cant believe I havent had to pay a penny....last time I moved my agent charged me over £300!
