I have recently joined Home Instead East Dorset and wow what a refreshing experience. After working for other agencies this is a breath of fresh air. Kind and helpful office staff who go out of their way to support and such wonderful clie ts to support. No short visits so I can take the time needed to support my clients. Training has been great so far, so happy I joined.

Since joining Home Instead Market Harborough, I've really appreciated the daily variety, the wonderful clients, and the excellent training (which is very good) I've also enjoyed getting to know the office team and participating in Wellness Wednesdays and meeting new clients families at events. Whenever I have an issue, I can talk to management, and they've always been kind and helpful. The staff are lovely, you can just pick up the phone and someone will help!

I work for Home Instead Bedford and what a refreshing company to work for! I came from a care home background where I had spent 3 years and the transition to domiciliary care was different but I was supported by this in every way. I now love being a part of keeping clients in their own homes and working for a company where the clients needs are at the heart of all we do. We have a fantastic care team that go above and beyond for their clients, they're not afraid to learn new skills and adapt alongside their clients journeys. The care team and the office team are very well supported and are often recognised for the work they do in lots of different ways. Overall a great place to work.

Fantastic Support for My Mother-in-Law

We arranged home care for my mother-in-law after she was discharged from the hospital with pneumonia. The Home Instead Altrincham & Sale team provided 2-hour visits, four times a week, which made a huge difference in her recovery. The Care Professionals helped her with her prescribed exercises, assisted with food shopping (which she loved going on, as she doesn’t drive), and supported her with household tasks like changing bedding, keeping up with laundry, and cooking fresh meals—something that was really important to her.

Now that she’s fully recovered, she still has one visit a week, which allows her to enjoy trips out and a big shop. This has been a huge help for Alan and me, as we both work full-time. Knowing she has support during the week means that when we visit at the weekend, we can truly relax and spend quality time together.

The care and dedication from Home Instead Altrincham & Sale is invaluable, and we’re so grateful for their ongoing support. Highly recommend!

I have worked for Home Instead Rugby since November, never doing care before, I have had all of the in house training required to set me up for providing the best care I possibly can for my clients. If ever I am not happy with anything I know that the door is always open and there will always be someone there to support or help when needed. All staff members are professional and we are provided with fantastic training throughout, plenty of opportunities to improve our service to our clients. I enjoy how our visits are not rushed, building great relationships with each client, working within our area of residence.
