Took My PS4 for a fix. HDMI Wasn't working and one of the pins had snapped off. Took it in and they gave me a quote of £65. I Agreed to that. The Same weekend It was fixed. But one of the workers claimed that it had to have a service done due to a build up of dust Causing it to overheat. He said that it would be an extra £5 which I am fine with but I I hadn't had that extra £5 to spare then idk what might of they have done. All fixed and brand new though! Customer Service was Fantastic and if I have anything else need fixing i will be coming back to them!

My husband took his PS4 in to them to get it serviced cause of a over heating problem they done it for 60 pound so that was ok but they put the wrong thermapaste (cooling paste)on it so the PS4 worked for about a month and he had to go back again to get it fix and this time they forgot to put the PS4 warranty stickers on it so he lost a lot of money because of this so in total he lost a lot of money £120 for servicing twice and £131 for selling it cause of the missing warranty sticker I don’t recommend getting your consoles serviced here if your thinking your consoles after selling after

Recently had to take my daughter's laptop to get the keyboard replaced. I was recommended HCS and am so glad I went. I was given precise information on costs and how the work would be carried out. I dealt with Roger who was friendly, honest and extremely knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend the company. I am very pleased I have found them them and will recommend to everyone.

In our home gym my girlfriend and I run and ride on an increasingly popular game called Zwift. Running the game on a modern 64 bit laptop (with an HDMI link to a 40" TV) didn't provide very good graphics so we decided to buy a dedicated PC. I chose HCS as they had good reviews and I wasn't disappointed.

After visiting the shop and describing what I wanted, I returned the following day to see John and get his recommendations. What impressed me was that the guys had actually taken time to research exactly what Zwift was all about and come up with the best solution for us.

I ordered the PC based upon their advice and returned a few days later to collect it. Zwift is an immersive game which needs good graphics and the guys at HCS didn't let us down.
