Drove over 50 miles to collect it was grey not the white one I ordered obviously a display one as it was very dirty the person who served me had a I don’t care attitude and had no customer care

Website was easy to navigate
Website was easy to navigate with availability at local stores useful. Received a text within 30 minutes of the order being placed and the items were waiting for me on a trolley when I went to collect.

Brooms breaking
I brought a lot of garden stuff from here from lawnmower, strimmer, rake etc when I brought 1 of their big brooms I thought it would be amazing but after sweeping a little dirt in the garden it snapped I threw away the receipt thinking because of the size it would be fine I then had to buy another one I got home used it once and guess what it broke again £30 down the drain

Quality canes ready for me to collect and a very nice assistant saw me waiting in queue and asked if he could help, noticing that I was struggling with mobility, got the canes and carried them and put them in my car. Such a lovely gentleman
