Lovely garden furniture, looks great.
Arrived in good nick and on time.

Homebase, for once, had what I needed and was looking for and its loss from East Grinstead will cause me to have to travel 15 to 20 miles to get some products that were their regular lines not stocked by other retailers

The website is easy to use. The staff at Homebase in East Grinstead are all so helpful always. It is a disgrace that the store is closing.

Carol called me this morning to say the brushes had arrived in store but in a huge delivery. She called me again later to tell me that they had found them! Thanks. Carol, great customer service!

Easy on line ordering and easy in store pick up and a very good price. Couldn’t be better.

Came in the other day looking to buy a kitchen tap and I was served by Jack. Who helped me look and gave me tips on how to apply it at home. Was very helpful and his advice was very useful as I didn’t know how to do it

Totally ridiculous to be closing this store.

The item was ready and waiting for me when I got to the store and two men kindly carried it out for me and put it in my car.

I came in to the East Grinstead store today and purchased a lovely chair. A gentleman helped me carry it downstairs, to the till, and then into my car. It was brilliant service from entrance to exit and will definitely be returning again. Thank you Lewis!

Shame my local Homebase @Crawley has now gone & a 20 minute journey each way followed, but apart from that slight inconvenience all good & 20% discount for multi buy eased the pain👍
