Ordered online collection from our local store …All ready for us on arrival . Great customer experience

Quick and efficient

Easy to order on line and then collect. The storage chest is easy to assemble and perfect for the garden.
Very helpful in store and even carried it to the car.

Firstly I must say that usually I HATE homebase, it's usually got the same.2 ladies that look down there nose at you and make me feel like I'm interrupting them chatting when needing to be served, so I only ever come here if I can't get to out of town. (I'm disabled).
However, I ordered some paint online last night so I could run in grab it and run out but then this morning I needed some silk emulshion too, I went in dreading it and was immediately spoken to by this amazing happy chappy who told me which paint I needed then took me to the paint and picked out the one for me also telling me about a discount today as well!
When I got to the till I was served by Jamie who was a breath of fresh air! He was happy to see me, waited while I went to get my phone for the collection code, smiled, chatted and even carried all 3 huge tins of paint out to my car for me chatting on the way.
Thank you homebase staff working today, you are all amazing and I will now be back shopping with you on Sundays from now on.

I collected two tins of paint which should have been the same colour - almond white, but when I got home I found out that one of the tons was a different white. I should have checked both tins more carefully but this is the first time I have been given a wrong click and collect item.

The store rang early the next morning after I submitted my review and someone came out shortly after the call with the correct item. I was very pleasantly surprised with how well and quickly the problem was dealt with.

bought a parasol base no cross frame or bars to hold it together and for the parasol, no instructions and speaking to a bot not helpful. Read reviews and the last person to experience this who did a trust pilot review was told the pic on the box was for illustration purposes only.
Can't get any info from the website or order anything as these products are now out of season. Buyer beware.

I returned a faulty hedge trimmer to the Clitheroe store which whilst still under guarantee I had misplaced the documentation.All staff members particularly Mark were helpful & understanding appreciating the dangerous nature of the issue & arranged a replacement.The customer service I received was excellent & I was treated with the utmost courtesy & respect.

Ordering was easy and collection was relatively straightforward. However, a lack of staff did delay things a bit as only one staff member was available on the counter. They were fantastic though

Ordered rattan garden sofa, picked delivery day, arrived as planned.
The 2 delivery men carried it through to the garden.
Me and my daughter put it together really easy following the diagram. Just clip it together. Looks great. Thought it was grey in pics but more beige which looks nicer.
