Terrible.
My order has been refunded but lost approx $10.00 au re bank charges.
Never again will I purchase from this company. My order was delayed then promised delivery in 10-20 days and offered 10 percent discount for being a loyal customer (1st time order)
Then told my doll is out of stock so given a refund.
Why was I not told 2 months prior and asked, was to be for a gift for a very special little girl.
So disappointed.

I was very disappointed with the quality. It is very cheap and it is deceiving on the website with what they are showing with what the product actually looks like when you receive it. Lastly, they immediately removed the money from my account and it took almost a month for me to receive my merchandise never again! It is my fault for not reading the reviews prior to placing my order.

Worst service ever! Like many others, I wish negative stars was an option! 4 item order placed 10-28-18. Paid extra funds for “express shipping”. Per tracking website; parcel information recvd 13 days later for 1st item; 2nd item; 23 days later; and last 2 items 25 days later. To-date I have only recvd one item! I wish websites would display they are overseas! It is not worth the waiting and constant emails to save few dollars! The extra funds I paid for express shipping was a total joke and scam! Most items are either wrong color or size/ style and not worth the hassle of refund! I should of read reviews prior to ordering!

I will never ever buy anything from your store, you don't answer your email when trying to find out the status of orders place

I purchased cloth storage bags to put sheets in and the bag didn’t last 30 days before the handles ripped off leaving big holes in the bag. I wrote them we shall see what they do.

Do not but nothing from this company!! The are not serious!!

This company is a total joke. I placed a order on July 6, 2018, and to this day Sept. 15, 2018, I haved not received my order. The tracking number they provided doesn't exists. The so called web site to track said order is very dysfunctional. I have repeatedly requested a refund, with no reply, except a worthless email from Serie, Kitty, and Finn, saying my order has shipped and will be delivered, the question is when?; and in what century? I am very disappointed in the poor customer service, and in this company. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Ordered two items on July 9, and I’m still waiting to receive them. Keep getting told they are “in transit.” No tracking info since August 6. I will be requesting a full refund as I don’t expect to see these items. Very bad experience. Live and learn and I’ve learned to not shop here again.
UPDATE: I did eventually receive the product but it took two months. Unacceptable long time between ordering and receiving items, unless you don’t care how long it takes.

This has been the worst shopping experience of my life. The products look so cute online and I was very excited to get the things I ordered. I placed an order in June of 2018 and it is nearly the end of August and I am still waiting to receive my items.
I have exchanged multiple emails with the incompetent people (Kitty, Finn, Serie) at their company that provide many inconsistent messages. They say my order is ready to ship, then 4 days latter that its been delayed.
I cannot stress enough if you want cute storage bags, look anywhere else but Homealls. I have been completely disappointed and don't want anyone to have this customer experience in the future.
Very upset customer.
