Order a recliner chair. But immediately found that the footrest does not retract even after applying lots of force. Zero quality check from home24. Very disappointed and would not recommend home24. I bought it on black friday offer and need to travel for Christmas holidays in 15 days so need quick resolution. Will update here how home24 treats customers.

I have used home24 for several purchases for our home furniture and they have delivered well or communicated on non-delivery and given the refund. Trustworthy site and you can find so many different designs!

I've had good experiences with home 24. User oriented , very satisfied as a customer

I decided to return one item in my order. It was delivered by PostNl and according to what shows on the app/website, PostNL will contact me to collect the item.

It has been 3 weeks. No news from PostNL.

When I tried to contact Home24, they know nothing. First call last week 19/10, they said yes PostNL should contact me to collect it. Today 24/10 I received email from Home24 saying that they have sent a return label and I have to return the item to PostNL by myself. I didn't receive no return label. And the item is very heavy, I cannot handle by myself (that's why it was delivered by transport company right?).

It's such a disappointment. If you buy something from Home24 and change your mind later, just know that there is no way to return it.

Delivery was good and in order. Had a small problem with the assembly but customer support handled it really well. Was happy with the quality of the products also so far! Good job team.

Nice products and good quality in diferente price range.

UPDATE: I just received the refund, thank you, even though there is no email in your website available. I called you once and got no solution for a week, I just got a refund confirmation after my review here.
Anyway, problem solved.

Poor customer service, no email available, the site works in circle, taking us from and to the same place to contact customer service, very difficult to get a refund.
My track and trace points that my returned order 1015018824 arrived back at their store on 17/09, I called last week and the employee confirmed that to me and said that I would get my money back, that I shouldn’t do anything else.
Now, more than one week later and no money.
I want my money refunded!

I find that it has the best variety of styles, colors and brands as well as prices. It allows me to find things that are individual to my style and avoid the big box companies at times. I also have always had a good experience with shipping and delivery.

The site does not accept credit card payments. Odd.

Recently ordered a Woodson II set through home24. Upon delivery, the coffee table was found to be delivered in a broken state. The dresser had a dent and there was a bristle in the paint. Following discussions, we agreed to a substantial discount on the dresser and a replacement coffee table that was in good condition. However, upon receiving the replacement coffee table, it was in an even worse condition than the previous one. The entire table was misaligned and poorly assembled. Crooked side planks, middle planks with significant gaps – an extremely unprofessional finish. A furniture maker should never release something like this.

The customer service is truly appalling. All communication is standardized through Home24's own platform. You can call, but there's no formal way to file a complaint. This process is supposed to be done through your own account for the purchased product. As a result, we were unable to file a complaint about the coffee table. The customer service is closed today (14th August 2023 at 3:30 PM), despite the website indicating otherwise.

Treating customers in such a manner is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I will definitely think twice before making another purchase here in the future.

And, of course, we will not let this matter rest...

i like the furniture, it's easy to assemble and has an interesting design

Everything is great and good. Delivery box with safety and also fast.

Only complain is that the prices are soooo much higher than on the German website.

Last March I ordered a wandklok and a garderobebank. The garderobebank was partially delivered, so I raised a complaint to notify home24, and I have been waiting one month for an answer/ email without success.
My order number is 1013637388.

Average to low quality, unless you go for expensive products. Reliable delivery time, easy to return and get refunded.

Quality of furniture, delivery and all round service.
