Homary provides excellent customer service. They answered my questions about a ceiling fan with lamp prior to purchase. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. The fan looks great in my living room. Unfortunately, the instructions that came with the product were not clear and complete, so I contacted customer service with my questions about the use of the fan's remote. They obtained the answers from the manufacturer and kept me informed during the time it took for the response. I'm completely satisfied with Homary and would order with them again.

Think twice before buying from Homary. The clock I purchased had battery and charging-wire issues, yet Homary required video proof and charged $31 return shipping + $10 depreciation fee, which I paid $110 for the clock I brought.
Their return process took over a week, involved endless back-and-forth with customer service, and wasted my time. In my experience, the process was not customer-friendly for U.S. customers and did not feel consistent with their advertised 30-day return policy.
In the end, I threw the clock in the trash rather than deal with the costly and frustrating return process.
Extremely disappointed. I will never buy from Homary again.

Fiona was great. She actually understood my perspective about a missing piece with my kitchen island delivery. She was able to partner with her leader to get this part expedited to me which saved my waiting time for this replacement piece from 7-11 weeks to 3-7 business days. Give this woman a bonus!
