About 10 days ago, I purchased a box of Villiger White Forest "Gordo" cigars. They were delivered last Friday, and since then, I have attempted to smoke eight of them. Each one, I am sorry to say, was awful. They each had a solid stick of tobacco in them that made drawing virtually impossible, and with each cigar, the wrapper burned like tissue paper, leaving ashes all over. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with cigars purchased from Holt's and I have been a customer for several years. I truly hate to write this kind of review because all of my past experiences with cigars purchased from Holt's has been great. However, these cigars should never have been sold.

Ordered a fee times from them every order was awful they don't know how to properly condition their cigars every cigar and box of cigars ive received from this company are complete trash, how is this company still running they are extremely low quality and have some of the highest prices for dried out stale duds these people are rummaging thru dumpsters for their stogies to sell im telling you, the worst cigar company on line hands 💯

I ordered a $450 box of Olvia Masterclass #3s and they sent me 20 stale, hard cigars in a plastic zip-loc bag labeled 'rolled in 2006' and told me my CUBANS were rolled 'in-house'. This company is not trustworthy.

While they indeed have great prices - especially on boxes, their customer service is lacking. Their reps are a little argumentative and not very helpful when asking for additional services.

If you're looking for good prices and don't care about customer service, then Holt's is a good option. But if you want good customer service, I suggest looking elsewhere.
