Superb service!
Couldn’t fault our transfers- we booked a shuttle for 11 people- both on time and nothing was too much trouble- will definitely use again - Luk on our return journey was particularly chatty and very pleasant

Excessive journey time
I travelled from Las Palmas airport on Saturday evening (26/10) leaving at 7.00pm going to Puerto Mogan. My itinerary suggested that subject to traffic that expected journey time was 1 hour twenty minutes. It took almost exactly 2 hour’s twenty minutes which I felt was excessive and way beyond your own suggested timeframe. Traffic was not an issue at that time of the evening. My return journey on Wednesday 30th which saw me picked up at 3.25pm took 1 hour 40 minutes which was more reasonable given time of day.

Efficient service but coach didn’t leave until 1.5hours after we landed. Seemingly waiting for other flights to come in. Sat on a coach not moving for over an hour is not fun
