Booked with my friends the Gudauri & Kazbegi tour with the amazing tour guide: Meri ✨. She was such a wonderful and fun guide/company throughout the whole tour. Loved the experience

I send message for urgent assistance (which was really critical) they didn't responded yet and it's been 6 days. No acknowledgment shows their management don't really care about customer experience, otherwise i should have got at least an aknowledgment. I send email as welk and also when i send Instagram message they were online. Never seen any customer service like this. Trust me i tried calling ti customer care as well on Sunday but no one answered and in their website it's clearly mentioned that they works all day

Our Almaty tour was an unforgettable experience. We explored Moon Canyon, Kaindy Lake, and Kolsay Lake—each offering breathtaking scenery and peaceful nature. A visit to Alma-Arasan Retreat added a relaxing touch with forest trails and yurts, even though the waterfalls were closed due to weather.

We also visited Medeu and Shymbulak, where the cable car ride offered amazing mountain views. The Green Bazaar was lively and full of local flavors, and we even tried the thrilling fast coaster at Kok Tobe for a fun adventure.

We enjoyed authentic Kazakh dishes, including Beshbarmak, Kuyrdak, fried Pelmeni, Plov, Baursaki, and Tashkent tea—all delicious and rich in local taste.

Special thanks to Mustafa, Aidar, and Madi for their warm hospitality, and to Adar for arranging such a smooth and well-organized tour. A memorable and beautifully planned journey that truly showcases the natural and cultural beauty of Kazakhstan. 🇰🇿

It was a great experience, the tour guide Omari was so fun, i loved his vibe and he had explained the history behind places really well and was so cool and chill. Taimur, the driver, he was super helpful, he clicked pictures for me as well and he was driving safe. Great experience all together!!!

We had a recent trip to Almaty.
Places are great, food was fantastic and tour guides - Arad and Mustafa were really accommodating and helpful during the tours. Just to share with you, we left the hotel around 11:30pm and yet Arad himself shows up just to make sure we were there and personally said goodbye.

Extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating and sweet. As a solo female traveller they made me feel perfectly safe. The customer service team is just excellent!
