Please stay away from scammers

Very disappointing experience. The jewelry quality did not match the description and looked far from what was advertised. I returned the items, but only received a partial refund without any clear explanation. I also had to pay for shipping twice, which was never clearly disclosed.

Customer service was very poor—emails were ignored, and responses through Messenger were slow and unhelpful. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information.

Overall, this was a frustrating and unfair experience. I would not recommend this seller.
