Boiler & gas fire serviced by Martin - easy to make the appointment with the office staff, I was able to pick the date & afternoon appointment. Received a text informing me that he was due to arrive - Martin did a brilliant job and was very knowledgeable. I use Holdcroft every time.... 10 out of 10.

Just had a boiler service by Martin from Holdcroft Heating. 5 star review for the company and for Martin. After having my appointment confirmed for today I had an emergency pop up. I called the office and spoke to Sam who reached out to Martin to put me at the end of the day which was a massive help. The standard of the service is great and everything was explained. Everything left clean and tidy. Thanks.

Martin from Holdcroft Heating came out to service, and repair our boiler. From start to finish, he was super! Very polite, explained things very well and clear. He did a super job and left our boiler room spic n span. Our boiler is now serviced and working fine. I would highly recommend Martin from Holdcroft Heating. Well done!

Very professional company. Installed a boiler, radiators and thermostat in a day. Worked for seven hours to get the job done. Explained how to use the boiler and thermostat. I now have heating and hot water again, many thanks.

I have used this company for heating problems and servicing for many many years and in all that time I have never had a bad experience. Local company, friendly helpful staff and thorough engineers. Martin called today as the pressure was dropping on the heating, Problem explained, part ordered and fitted in less than 48 hours. Brilliant service by Martin. not impressed. our gas fire was working perfect until they came and did the service now it does not workn at all.In fact we have had to have a new fire because it's cheaper than having our current fire repaired

I very much wanted to give Martin a shout-out from Holdcroft Heating. My boiler was serviced in a prompt and efficient way. He was friendly and tidy in his work, respectful of me and my property. I highly recommend Martin and Holdcroft Heating.

Firstly, I chose Holdcroft as I wanted to support local business based in my home town Burslem where my mum still lives. My research led me to Holdcroft who appear to have built up a good business and reputation.
Holdcroft assessed the boiler requirement for quite a large house and were able to create zones to suit our needs. There were a couple of issues post-installation, as a brand new boiler had been connected to our existing central heating system. I contacted John Drakeford and his team and they put in extensive effort to find the source of the complex issues we were having.
There were some difficult conversations but John was always available and courteous. The persistence of John and his team led to the issues being overcome. He assured me, and demonstrated that customer satisfaction was the ethos of the company. Also, I would like to mention Dawn and the admin team who were super friendly, helpful and competent.

We have a very complicated heating system in our house and a couple of regular “plumbers” wanted nothing to do with the issue we had. John from Holdcroft came round with Ash and immediately filled us with confidence that they knew what needed to be done. It was a big job. Hot water tank replacement along with all the associated plumbing, electrics and valves plus a new boiler install.
Ash and Josh turned up on time on Monday and by the time I’d got home, had the old tank and boiler out, and the new ones installed. Their knowledge and workmanship were second to none. Always explaining what they were doing and why. They were also under a time pressure as we had guests coming on the Friday so needed hot water and heating. They smashed it out of the park. Both were polite, lovely guys, hardworking and punctual.
John, the foreman came round a couple of times to ensure everything was going smoothly and Libby in the office was brilliant.
We won’t be going to another company again, these guys are excellent.

My heating stopped working so I rang Holdcroft Heating & Gas Fitting Limited at 1.00pm. The engineer arrived at 2.30pm and by 3.30pm he was gone having explained the problem and the heating was working again. Absolutely brilliant service. And the callout charge was entirely reasonable and I was happy to pay for such a pleasant and successful experience

Sometimes you can be wary of someone doing work for you. This not an issue with holdcroft heating I had two radiators changed and later a boiler service, on each occasion the engineers were friendly and explained everything and put you at ease they were on time and cleaned up when finished.I would certainly recommend them to family and friends rads done 12sept boiler 24sept.

I had an air source heat pump fitted a week ago today, the team that came were ever so polite and respectful. The supervisor Phil and his team were amazing, they explained everything they had to do and how to operate it once they had gone. It was very refreshing to have a team that knows what they're doing and explain it as they go along. I would HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family. Thankyou very much.

Had a call out Thursday 21st August spoke to Dawn to arrange.
Kian carried out the work very friendly and helpful we needed a port zone valve.
All the staff so friendly and give customer service plus.
