Hyundai oldham
My experience getting a car from hyundai oldham was extremely positive mainly down to Steve. He was great from start to finish and explained everything. People skills are fantastic. I would recommend your company . Thank you Steve.
Van service
Got our van booked in for a full service. Supposed to be cleaned after a service ( which took all day, keeping our service van off the road and loss of money) but his van was left in a absolute state. Would expect a wash down and at least a vacuum out in the cab. Pay alot of money for this and the end result though the van has been serviced its a bad state,
Mazda 2 hybrid
Just purchased a Mazda 2 hybrid from the Hanley showroom
Natalie Sherratt was the lovely young lady who dealt with us on this occasion. Has before we were dealt with well and everything ran smoothly and kept informed at all times. Would highly recommend Mazda Hanley they are a bunch of lovely staff but applause must go to Natalie Sherratt who dealt mostly with our purchase, a very pleasant helpful young lady who deserves credit.

BEWARE.my honda civic was presented to holdcroft honda on May 01/2025 as a non runner due to engine failure caused by wet belt issues,
they had my car for 4 months and for the first 8 weeks i struggled to get any communication from them,leaving many messgages which mostly went unanswered for days.
There was alot of work to be done { not all due to this dealership ). however i have owned the car for several years and have never changed address and not recieved any recall notices for the work to be carried out,although there were 3 open recalls.
i was told at the beginning by Adam that they would not provide a recovery service or couirtesy car as this was not their policy.
i was later told the opposite agian by Adam,this was a total fabrication of the truth causing me to have to buy another run around vehicle.
i was constantly told it would be ready in 3 weeks as there was another vehicle on the ramps before mine.when i suggested that i would be better off declaring the car SORN.they told me not to as they would need to test drive it.this information lead to yet more costs to me,keeping it taxed etc,
i was further told by Adam i would recieve my car back fully valeted,sadly this was not done.when i collected it there was moss growing on my rubber window seals and cobwebs on my mirrors.
Although my car went in for warrenty work i was presented with a £2185 invoice.
while some of this amount was due to substandard work from another garage,i feel that if i had recieved my recall notices none of this would have been needed to be spent by myself.
on inspection of the invoice i have been charged multiple times for the same parts and severley overcharged for others,£6.96 for a rubber band, ( o -ring ).this was one of many.

It took me several calls to get this car booked in to get examined. The wipers and indication stopped working in the rain and we were locked out of the car twice. Chasing service department, cut off twice. Called again, no update is simple very poor service. Get sent email informing me no issues with car? Report at Dealership different. They don't know if they can get a car to replace, whilst awaiting part. Very Poor and frustrating.
Awful experience from the service dept
Took 4 hours for a straightforward service. The car was supposed to have been cleaned. It wasn't. Never received the online details following the service despite having requested it again on their online chat a few days later. Love the Honda Civic, shame about the service dept. - makes Ford look good.
Don't trust their inspections
Purchased a 3 year old Nissan Leaf. Noticed a metallic banging noise, similar to a bell. Upon inspection, found a metal hook behind a rear wheel. Amazing that it was still in place as the vehicle had supposedly had a dealer 100 point inspection and an MOT days before I collected it. Contacted Nissan and the dealership. Eventually after a lot of emails to Nissan customer service. They aren't interested as it was not a new vehicle. Had one call from Holdcroft and nothing else, despite Nissan asking Holdcroft repeatedly to contact me. If the hook had come off on the motorway, I hope they would have been more responsive with the law. I'm not even going to get into the vehicle collection farce. Will not be purchasing from or recommending Holdcroft.

Not a good experience at the Stoke on Trent nissan branch, high pressure salesmen, and not returning my deposit they pretty much bullied me into paying.
