Holdcroft Hyundai strikes again!
Finding the right car for my wife was important so,as always, Holdcroft Hyundai came up trumps and we came away with our 7th Hyundai. The whole process was effortless thanks to Natalie Bird, who made us feel comfortable and welcome from the viewing on the Saturday right through to the handover a few days later.
Honest, purchaser of a newer car.
Very new to buying a new car but found the experience easy, straight forward, enjoyable and exciting. All the Hyundai team are friendly, professional and not pushy which is so important. I won't go elsewhere in the future!

Poor aftersales care at Holdcroft Honda Cobridge
Deformation on the drivers seat backrest cover was initially reported to the Technical Service Manager (TSM) by my dad.
The response was as follows:
It's how you are getting in and out of the car.
The TSM also noticed the B pillar trim was detached. The customer complaint was not about the B pillar trim being detached, it was about the deformed drivers seat back rest cover.
The TSM had an opinion which I respect but dont agree with.
My dad and myself are very disappointed with the quality of the seat cover and the aftercare service receieved from Holdcrofts. In summary the warranty claim was rejected.
The B pillar trim should not have been mentioned in the claim as the issue was with the seat cover, we feel this has changed the way the claim was reviewed by warranty due to how the claim was worded.
How the B pillar became detached is an assumption by the TSM in my opinion there are numerous factors to how this could of happened.
Holdcrofts have had numerous chances to rectify this complaint but unfortunately the way this has been handled they have lost a loyal customer due to poor customer service which could of been resolved easily, please note apart from the seat cover issue, the car is great however this has made the interior look cheap and shabby and not expected on a Honda car under 3 years old

3 months for a service appointment and with a service plan!!!! that too for an Airbag error clearly a safety concern. I call to book an appointment, and you will give a 3 months later appointment.
After few days you send a mail to get my tires changed since your system shows it requires a change, and then allow me to book an online appointment which is just (!) a month later, then you will call to rearrange the booking that is 3 and 1/2 months later, even changing my original 3 months late appointment!!! Can you ask for a better service?

I find it almost impossible to get in touch with the service department. The calls are diverted through to the reception desk who are very polite and helpful and say they will send your message to the service desk. Then nothing. Phone again 5 hours later, again goes through to reception who say they messaged service, but they can’t make them reply. This has happened the last 3 times I have tried to contact the service desk. This time it is to rectify a fault which has occurred after a service. If I didn’t have an extended Honda service, I wouldn’t use them. Cheshire Oaks Holdcroft.

Purchased BRAND NEW Ioniq 5.Its only 3 month old and the full electrical system has failed. Had to send it back to Tilbury Docks for repairs (apparently Only place in the UK that can repair Hyundai EV's) and so far been without it for over a month now.......Still no idea when it will be back with me, since Hyundai do not know when the parts will arrive in UK and must say its the worse customer service Ive ever encountered. Bought a car from Holdcroft over the weekend, when i first viewed the car the air conditioning wasn't working.
I was promised the air con would be serviced prior to collection however upon leaving the forecourt, the air conditioning clearly had not been serviced and was blowing warm air.
One of the tyres had appeared on the MOT as cracked and perishing, i asked Hyundai to change the tyre to which they refused and said it was perfectly safe to drive. After telling them I would reject the vehicle they offered to pay for the tyre change.
The valeting of the car was to a poor standard, product stains on the vehicle, inside of the fuel cover was filthy.
We drove the vehicle home and whilst at motorway speed found that the tracking and balancing had not been carried out after a refurb of the alloys.
Note to Holdcroft, take some time and pay attention to minor details to improve your customer satisfaction!
