Outstanding customer assistance
the first shipment went to the wrong address due to my own oversight issue. The staff at Holabird immediately engaged to help me eventually receive the item. In addition I found that the person who rendered assistance had also assisted in answering questions I had several years ago via email about Hlobird products. I found this continuity uncommon and I don't think I could be happier with the assistance I received

Nice product and nice return policy, slow ship
Nice product and nice return policy. But it took over a week for the shipment to arrive in SE PA from Baltimore/Towson as it went all the way up to NY distribution centers and eventually back down to Wilmington, DE. It was the USPS shipping service.
