Beware! Sells defective doors
Our builder bought a $6000. French door package from Select Door & Hardware, LLC from the manufacturer Hoelsher Weatherstrip Mfg, Co. and less then three years, the inside glass of the double sided tempered glass door where the handle and lock are, shattered on it's own. There was no extreme temperature change or any point of impact to cause this to happen. We have pictures to prove. Select Door completely washed their hands because they said Hoelscher does not provide any warranty. Hoelscher should be ashamed of themselves selling these obviously defective doors! Needless to say, we were very dissapointed with their customer service and lack of trying to help us resolve this issue. Lesson learned, should have just gone with Home Depot or Lowes where they have decent warranties.
