Unfortunately, our experience of using hnf Property to manage our block of flats has been exhausting, and worse since their Financial Controller retired in early 2025. Very little communication from them to email/phone call queries in a timely manner, if at all. Possibly a lack of resources is the reason they are so difficult to deal with.

As someone who is new to the world of commercial property I found my experience with this company really unhelpful. In my initial conversation with them I asked some basic questions and was made to feel stupid and as if what I was after was impossible which I know for a fact it isn't. It amazes me when people really don't seem bothered about trying to attract new custom or give you any reason to want to use them. When I was told they had nothing available I'd at least expect an offer to keep me informed or tell me how to keep informed. Such an easy way to lose a customer, good luck to you guys if you carry on with an attitude like that
