HMV very useful for out of print series
HMV had an old series on DVD which I couldn't buy anywhere else. HMV website is easy to use and delivery was fast and efficient.

Delivery to store for collection
I placed on order to be delivered to the store. It arrived within a couple of days. The staff promptly found my order upon collection. I have used this method on several occasions and never yet had a problem.
