Great service and willing to help
I was looking for the IT chapter 1 and 2 on 4k, I coukdbt find them in store and asked at the desk, the gentleman that was there was very helpful and provided me three options of which I chose to order the double disc with both films, he did that for me and arranged to have the item delivered to my home, they arrived 3 working days later, very pleased.

So easy to purchase vinyl
So easy to purchase vinyl on the website, great prices when I used the 3 albums for £22, and the records were well packaged.
One of the records was £40 on Amazon, so 22 pounds was a steal!
One album had a small issue, so I took it back to HMV Worthing, and they exchanged it without issue.

I ordered this product over a week ago
I ordered this product over a week ago, had confirmation of order but no update since. And when I've gone onto the HMV website to try and get support to find out where it is, it hasn't been possible to get anywhere with it. I put a message in via the website, but it seemed to glitch and I can't tell if it even went through. I am still waiting for contact / an update. Really stressful.
