Smooth...
Ordered the latest strokes LP and had to have it delivered to HMV Truro. Picked it up a few days later, everything went smoothly and the staff were helpful, thanks.

I could order the CD I wanted and it arrived in the local HMV shop in good time. Staff were very helpful.
HMV should maintain a presence on the main streets over the UK.

Decades At HMV
Have shopped at HMV for decades all over the country especially London, Northampton and Truro (Cornwall). Never had any problems - always got what I wanted - sometimes I had to order items which was no problem. Most recently shopped at HMV Truro. Staff there are friendly and very helpful.

Long live HMV
I live for music so HMV, for me, is like a lofe support machine! To know that i can still go to a music shop and buy physical music and support the artists that create it gives me a huge amount of satisfaction, and HMV provides me with that. HMV stock a fantastic range of music from all genres and on many formats. They have a huge vinyl selection and, although i don't own a record player, i often buy a record. There is something beautiful about records. Long live HMV!

Very quick delivery to local store
Very quick delivery to local store. Staff pleasant and efficient.All worked perfectly. Payment online showed as Sun (newspaper) which was a surprise and concerning at first!
