Pre ordered item not available on release date
Pre ordered item was not available on release date. They had copies on the shelf but would not let me have a copy and replace it when my order arrived.

Please note that our click & collect service is fulfilled via our warehouse as per our website listings. We are not able to fulfil these orders from in store stock, unfortunately.
We always aim for online orders to arrive in time for release but are unable to guarantee this but will always try to ensure our customers are kept up to date wherever possible.

The record was easily ordered online and was delivered to the shop on the correct date. The whole experience was good.

Always at HMV Redditch all the staff help me to locate a cd or dvd in the store. If not they locate what a want from the Computer - Both the guys and the girls are friendly and light hearted and expert at their jobs - This is a great store and visit very often up to 3 times a week

Customer service guy a bit abrupt
You don't offer boxes or wrap for LPs of which I had 4 purchased for gifts.
I didnt want a gift tite bag a box to put them in woukd of been better.
