My 3 films arrived in good condition. Love HMV. Keep up the good work. Also love shopping in the stores, always find some gem in there! Prices are very fair with some amazing bargains to be found.

Great personable service
The people at the store were very friendly and helpful with my collection, and they also helped me previously when I needed to be refunded for a faulty item by another company.

Took week to arrive
Ordered 3 Vinyl which took a week to arrive, split delivery. Said: “usually dispatched with 24 hours.” What didn’t say is that delivery takes a further 3 or 4 days.

My poster came with a long strip of little scratch-like rips through the middle, which I could only see once I opened it.

Blown away by this store!
Blown away by this store! I went in for the first time to pick up a record I ordered, and I'm just so glad stores like it are still around, nostalgic and a lot of variety, I love it!! The staff was also really helpful and quick with getting my order, so generally very happy with hmv :)
