Helpful staff
Helpful staff, both telephone customer service and shop staff.
Goods were delivered to store in a timely manner and the whole process was seamless.
Also kept e mail contact to let me know when goods were ready to pick up, so didn't have to chase this up

HMV is always a lovely store to visit.
HMV is always a lovely store to pop into. Lovely atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. When placing an order it will always come very speedy. And you have alot of different things to browse catering to individual likes.

No one answers calls to the store
Your staff made it clear that despite having a telephone number listed as a contact number lt is NEVER answered. I had a stock reply to my query. No point in referring to it again. I’ll buy future purchases from other sources. What a shame that I should do this after buying from you for 50 plus years.
