Competitive pricing and sometimes way cheaper than certain on line options!

Prices are on the most part competitive, matched, or, on the odd occasion, cheaper or in a deal compared to on-line options. The best part is being able to check online on the website before going to grab something if in store and enjoy straight away 😎

Whatever I needed the people who are working in HMV couldn’t do enough for me
Whatever I needed, if I couldn’t see it myself, the person behind the counter would come and find it for me and if it wasn’t in the shop they were very helpful in ordering it online

I had purchased 4 CDs from the Luton HMV store.
I had to return one CD later as it was a duplicate for me. The store promptly gave me a refund.

Graham and Craig (I hope I’m spelling their names right) from the Luton branch have been absolutely amazing and very helpful when it came to an online order I’ve placed. Went above and beyond, very friendly and outgoing. Really made the shopping experience 10 times better I couldn’t be happier :) + I’m assuming a new hire, young lad, tall, blonde hair unfortunately wasn’t able to get his name, but he was very kind and helpful. Really appreciated his help today!

Ordering the Blu-ray was very easy
Ordering the Blu-ray was very easy. I was kept informed as to delivery (at the store) and when I went in Graham saw me and immediately got the package out for me. As always, the staff were polite, cheerful and welcoming.
