hmv (UK) - Kingston Reviews 

Staff we knowledgeable and friendly. But I was over charge by the computer till. I did not spot this because of email receipt.

Originally ordered boxed set online. Amount was debited from my credit card.
Next morning my credit card was recredit amount of the box set order.However I did not receive a email confirmation of order cancellation.

Went into HMV store Kingston and saw boxed set at 5 pounds less than the online price so purchased the boxed set.

Two days later HMV debited my Credit card the amount of the boxed set that I tried to order and HMV had recredited my credit card.

Two days later I received box set in the post. So I had two boxed sets.

Took the boxed set back into Kingston store for a credit. Then the till assistant pointed out that the boxed set was marked as 39.99 but there point of sale system had charged me 44.99. Manager apologised and staff were pleasant in the store.

However the online experience was appalling.

My husband was so happy with the DVD. I ordered for him for Xmas

It was a very prompt service. Had 1 album that was out of stock. I had regular updates until it was back in stock and safely delivered. I also loved going into the reborn store in Kingston. You have the perfect formula - down to the posters racks. It was quite emotional as it was an immediate throw back to my teens! Love it, these things matter, thank you. Xx

I am so pleased to see the Kingston store open again. I was looking for an item my daughter had seen in store and had asked for it for Christmas. It had sold out when I went shopping for it but the member of staff I spoke to happily ordered it in for me to be delivered to the store. The process was really easy, staff were very helpful and really friendly. I was kept up to date with dispatch and delivery by hmv.com throughout and when I picked the item up it was really quick and easy with top customer service provided. Thank you.

What made the experience of my journey into the hmv in Kingston was brilliant and fantastic! I went to the store at the hmv at Kingston upon Thames to click and collect an item I order a week ago , once I got into the store all the staff was very very friendly asked if I needed any help , needed guidance so on . Once I got my item I was speaking to a man who works their very friendly employee and helped me with any discounts and recommendations as in ; Vinyls , dvds and cds and i enjoyed every moment of that experience in my opinion. 5 star I’ll say ! I will always recommend that shop of my family members / Freinds too
