Selecting & ordering a DVD
I ordered a DVD which was one of a series having checked with the member of staff (Dawn) what was available. She was courteous and dealt with my queries pleasantly and efficiently.
Delivery to the shop was quick and I received notification of its arrival. Having experienced the performance of other delivery organisations, this was what I needed.

Easy, quick service
Had some spare money and dropped in on Edinburgh fopp store. There's a good vinyl section and i found a special edition album. Checkout service was friendly and efficient

Easy collection at Fopp
Ordered this vinyl for my wife, indicated in stock however it wasn't, took over a week to advise me, then finally arrived a week later. It wasn't a problem the time it took but feel a bit better communication would be good. Collecting from the store was no issue, staff member was very pleasant.

I love Fopp, it has a long history in Edinburgh. Great books, great vinyl, great kit and T shirts etc . I loved getting my DVDs ordered online as it gave me an excuse to visit Fopp. I particularly likedseeing all my Mube foreign film favourites on DVD.
