From the guy upstairs in your store, who was very happy to help. And the guy who handed me my order. About a week later... brilliant just the service you want. I was very happy in hmv as always! Thank you for being there...we have lost too many stors like yours. I hope their will always be a hmv.

HMV takes us back to how record shops used to be
The Coventry HMV store offers a hands-on experience browsing records that online shopping simply can't match. The staff are friendly and genuinely passionate about music; they're happy to help you check what's available, locate items, or even share listening habits or, stories from live events. It's a welcoming spot where you can hang out as well as shop. I always look forward to my next visit.

Prompt Service and very helpful staff
Service is prompt, the employees i don't think they get credit they deserve, when ordering a DVD Movie post is very good and the staff, not everyone can smile every day, many actually do and are very eager to help, i use Coventry HMV, if they don't have it in they will try their utmost to obtain the DVD Movie

The sales assistant could not of been…
The sales assistant could not of been any more helpful then what he was he found exactly what we were looking for and took it too the till. The record player is beautiful. And he mentioned about having it delivered free of charge bargain. Very happy customer.

Whereas online purchase failed, the effort of staff to get my desired CD inside 3 days was impressive. Makes me think twice about buying so frequently on Amazon.
