Lovely staff
Stopped by yesterday in the Chester location for a poke around, bought some Manga and blind bags and had a wonderful chat with Salesperson Mattie who not only gave enriching conversation and let me know about their order and restock policy but also pointed me in other areas to extend other hobbies I was nervous about. Store collection better option
Having had delivered orders damaged (due to rubbish packing by someone), I felt much better collecting my vinyl from Chester store instead of arranging postage.
In-store experience was great and the bloke who served me was friendly and we shared a giggle.
I really love hmv (was a Christmas temp 2007 ‘ish) and enjoy visiting Chester and Shrewsbury stores in particular. Please keep hmv stores going!!!

professional and helpful staff at both the liverpool store and at the chester store. i had a problem with a vinyl record and they took extra time to make sure i got the best service. will definately use hmv again.
