The vinyl I wanted was not on stock the guy behind the counter was very helpful and ordered the what I wanted I told him I was not local so he helped me arrange for home delivery. Two days after I arrived home my vinyl picture record arrived, I was over the moon. Thanks.

Efficient sourcing of the CD I wanted.
The CD I wanted was not available in the Castleford store, but it was ordered by the staff for me to collect at the Hull store, which is my local one

Would have made 5 star if only i had been told that for £2.99 extra i could have had the cd delivered instead of having to travel 16 miles round trip to collect from nearest store
