It came just in time for Xmas for my son,it was cheaper to buy from you as well which I'm happy about,because on amazon it was 35.99.and they could and would not give me my money back but they lost it in transit thank you from a mum who's son is very happy.

The staff on the shop floor were less than helpful as they had no ideas about the group I was looking for or what stock they had. I then proceeded to one of the cashiers who could not help me enough he looked up the group checked their stock and help with getting it ordered online while i was there.

Ordered online and the order was delivered within 2 - 3 days very pleased with the HMV service

Staff were really friendly, but they kept giving me conflicting information. The album I had pre-ordered was being released 2 days later. I came in just to see if it had arrived since it was being released that day. I was told since it's just been released, it should be in today (Friday) or tomorrow (Saturday). I came in the following Tuesday since that was the next opportunity I had to go in, and they said I just had to wait for the dispatch email. I received the email on Wednesday, so I went in to see when it would arrive as I wouldn't be able to collect it after Friday, and they said it should be in tomorrow (Thursday). I went in on Thursday and it wasn't there, but they had the same album in store. So I asked to put one aside incase my order doesn't come in. I came on Friday and the order still hadn't come, so I bought the one that was put aside. 5 minutes after I left, I received the email to say my order had arrived. They said new releases are unpredictable during the Christmas period, which is fair enough, but better communication would be nice.

Member of staff was very helpful didnt have the cd in stock so he sugested ordering it very helpful

The young man who served us, was very patient and helpful as I was going through my list. He couldn't do enough for us. He had to pre-order a game and blu ray dvd. He arranged it all I just paid the bill. Great store with excellent staff. Merry Christmas xx

Staff at HMV, Cardiff went out of their way to identify the Pop character from a picture my daughter had drawn. As it was not in store, they kindly ordered from the warehouse. Was updated by email when character arrived. My daughter was delighted to receive her favourite and first Demon Slayer character.

The person who served us was very pleasant. She also informed us about some deals that were of interest to us which we did not know about. We visit HMV often so it was good to know about the deals. Although the store we went to was sold out of what we wanted we were able to order and get it delivered to store closer to home (we were visiting for the day) and the emails kept us up to date on delivery.
