Paid $1100 but Most Items From My Order Were Missing
I placed an order for peptide products after seeing an advertisement from the Facebook page called “Peptide Factory Wholesale.”
The seller named Lena claimed to be associated with ZhuoYue Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and offered a discounted order totaling $1100 for multiple peptide products.
When the package arrived, I only received a few items and several BAC water boxes were broken. Most of the products that were part of the order were missing.
When I contacted the seller about the missing items, I was told the remaining products would only be sent if I placed another order and that the missing items would be included with the new purchase.
Because of this experience, I did not receive the full order that I paid for. I still have screenshots of the order details, payment confirmation, messages with the seller, and photos of the shipment received.
