I ordered two items

I ordered two items, a pre-order and a kong figure. After seeing bad reviews I decided to cancel my pre-order, and I got my money back in a couple weeks. As for the Kong figure, I got it very quickly and it came with no additional fees and good packaging.

Dishonest release dates, lack of communication

Made a Preorder on september 2024 for an article that was scheduled for release in Q2 2025 (from April to June 2025) It's now December 2025 and still nothing. When I sent a email to ask about the situation, they responded, saying that the figure I preordered was scheduled to release in Q4 2025 (October-December), which is not what says on their website (even to this day it still says Q2 2025 release). I sent another email now at the start of december 2025, and this time was given no response. So much for having the figure on time for christmas to give as a gift. Their figures quality are said to be better than SH Monsterarts (I wouldn't know as HiyaToys figures are always on preorder with delays, sometimes indefinitely, or out of stock), but at least they actually deliver their products.

Edit: It seems they changed the release date of the figure on the website to Q1 2026, AFTER I sent the 2nd email, however they didn't even bother replying to my email with any updates or information.

Still waiting on an item that was due…

Still waiting on an item that was due to be released in Q1 2025. It's December 2025 now and the item is still listed as pre-order. When asked about the item, they say the item is still in production. IF they decide to respond
Horrible communication, Awful customer service. Total rip off.
My son saved all his money (he was 9 at the time of ordering) and they keep dicking us around

HIYA TOYS NOT SHIPPING ORDERS

I ordered a Burning Godzilla on 11/29/2024. They said it was shipped from Fairfield NJ on 1/19/2025. It has been stuck with their shipper and not released to USPS since 1/19/2025. I contacted HIYATOYS and they said it is a problem with our President and USPS. I don’t believe I am going to receive my figure at this point. Hiya’s shipper screwed up and they don’t seem to be able to get this resolved. I am out $81.

Ghosted

Pre-ordered 4 months ago and given date of release then. Now months later after waiting I'm told my order is on hold until they have new release date which means between now and never, contacted company twice and no reply. I can not access account to reset password neither will not send link. Took my money and ran. Bogus company.

Purchased a pre order for Q1 2024…

Purchased a pre order for Q1 2024 release. Now in the early Q1 2025 and still awaiting release. But they have the audacity to offer up another pre order for another item from the same set for Q3 2025 release.
Simply the worst company for taking your money and doing nothing i have come across.

Awesome collectables

Bought the 1:18 ALIENS USCM APC. It's attention to detail is very impressive. Clever design means roof removes and the back hinges away to reveal a very detailed interior with backlit screens, identical to the film. Drivers area the same. It has working lights and moving weaponry including the turret that is on rails that lowers behind. Its as close as you'll get to the real thing. Roof back in place in seconds and you cannot tell we're it joins. Very well thought out. Hiya produce high end collectables for many genres and their build and quality is excellent, well worth the expense. Hiya sorted shipping and customs to the UK and kept me updated. I await more Aliens releases and no hesitation to buy from them direct or in a store. You'll get great tip top products.
