Communication was prompt, professional, and above and beyond what most companies offer. They were extremely patient in guiding me through the self-fingerprinting process for my FBI background check, as I have odd, wrinkly little fingers that do not print clearly. Once I provided what was needed on my end, I received prompt updates about the status of my application, when and where it was being received and shipped from, tracking numbers, and all. I will definitely be using their services again when I apply for my Chinese 5 Star Card later this year!
