Had questions and called to discuss. Phone transfer options were not good. When operator picked up got transferred to a number that never answered. Decided online might be a better option, which it proved to be. The website was not phone friendly so had to go to a computer to actually order what was needed.Sad to see in person communication not a priority.

Clear pocket clips for name tags are made of terrible plastic. they do not hold up and bend open so as to fall out of the pocket. They crack if you try to close the gap. Terrible product very poor material.

The ordering was fine, delivery was slow!!
The ordering was fine from what I remember. Better descriptions and better pictures of products would be beneficial. Shortly after placing order, I received an email for rating the order, "How Did We Do". I interpret that to mean my overall experience, not just the web order part. It was a week plus a few hours later before I received the order. so you get a negative for shipping. Not having the items marked with their item number took extra time to verify the order.
