$7,000+ Case Hit Arrived with Major Damage (PSA 3) – Extremely Disappointed
PSA 3 on case hit from Hit Parade... What a joke!!! I spent over $7,000 on a Hit Parade case expecting a premium experience, especially for the advertised case hit. Instead, the case hit—a 2024 Obsidian Stephen Curry Black Color Blast—arrived with severe damage that wasn't immediately obvious until it was professionally graded by PSA.
The card came back PSA 3 due to multiple major defects, including large bent corners on the back and a deep indentation in the middle of the card. These are not minor imperfections—they are significant defects that should have been caught during quality control before being included as the marquee hit in a premium product.
When customers spend thousands of dollars on a high-end product, they reasonably expect the featured card to be in collectible condition. Seeing a modern case hit grade lower than many century-old cards is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about Hit Parade's quality control process.
I reached out to customer service and hope they will make this right, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing premium Hit Parade products until quality control standards improve.
