The Payment provider is telling me i send 2€ MORE than i should and i need to write the support to get a REFUND on ALL OF MY MONEY i sent (its not about 2€) so they refund me fully since if i sent 1002 instead of 1000 its not getting added to my balance.

YOUR Support wrote me that its not your guys problem. The next funny thing is, the ethereum payment provider is turkish and has NO WEBSITE nor COSTUMER SERVICE. So who do i write? After writing with your Support for A WHOLE HOUR, he didnt help and just said "he cant do nothing about it." So basically my money is at your payment provider and i cant get any refund neither i cant get my money booked on your website.

I didnt use vpn... I have a Hungarian phone number, so if I play with my phone connection of Internet my Ip adress shows tó Hungary, of I play on wifi then the Ip is Belgian. I didn't break the rules. But the rest is correct.

I already sent a picture tó the customer service which proves that my number is Hungarian, but I didn't leave there anymore so I dont have official papers about this. Awful place! Scam casino. No bonuses when I registered, deposited and was told I need to activate these non existent bonuses. Proceed to try to close my account, it’s been over a week and nothing is being done. I’ve sent emails and spent hours in chat to be only asked the same questions but nothing being done about it.
