they charge with no reason, after subscription interrupted

Horrible horrible company. Repeated charges and no responses to support or any other contact. Bringing this up with cc as fraud!

At some point this was a legitimate software product, but that point has long passed. The lead developer - judging by his Twitter - has moved on, and they just keep their website open and subscription service open. The software has not seen any release since 2018, and you cannot cancel the subscription. Their list phone number on CC transactions leads nowhere, and they will not respond to emails or other communications. At some point someone needs to report this to the EU as a fraud company.

Repeated unauthorized charges to credit card. Never any response from customer services. Had to pursue refund from credit card company

The software is out of date. There is no support, and I have yet to find a way to cancel my subscription. This is a total con.

They continue to charge, even after written confirmation that my account was cancelled. luckily I saved the screenshot. These guys have stopped the software development over 2 years ago and kept all the subscriptions active while going out of business.

Stay away, scam!

I signed up a year ago, it was missing a few basic features so I emailed them to see whether it was just me not being able to find them or if they had a roadmap to introduce them. Didn't hear back from them and so I stopped using it.

A year later they've charged me again. I can't login in online to cancel it. Now that I have a new laptop, I can't even login to download a version that I have paid for - I'd have to pay for it again.

They do not reply to my emails and haven't for at least a year.

Suspect this program is no longer maintained and just exists to scam people with repeat fees.

I have been charged after a year for a subscription that I don't remeber opting for. There is no option to login from their site and check the subscription status or even cancel. Customer service has not replied despite of several corresopndence.
I had to cancel my credit card and request a new one so I don't get charged next year.

Can't cancel they steal your money. DO NOT give your CC number.

It's impossible to cancel the year subscription; I find it on the website, send emails, and can't.

I was happily using it for one year and my company has changed policy so I stopped. Deleted my account and reinstalled Hiri. After one year has passed they tried to charge me again. Fortunately I used some disposable virtual card that I could easily terminate. They didn't reply to my support request to terminate my account as I'm not using it anymore.

Fraud. I cancelled more than a year ago and have not used Linux or Hiri since. Hiri charged me this year. Disputed via credit card of course. They apparently disputed my dispute, but their documentation was insufficient.

It's a fraud. There is no option to cancel the subscription and the software is not updated for years. Also, they don't respond to their support tickets. I tried to cancel the subscription three times, for three years of of not using their outdated software, but no luck. They must get sued.

Defunct software not updated for a year. The owner of the site will happily charge you yearly subscription that YOU CANNOT CANCEL nevertheless.
