100% Recommend

The equipment was in great condition, they installed and removed quickly (the delivery team really lovely).

But the staff who work there are second to none Customer Service wise, particularly Shirley. I just want to say a massive thank you to her for her kindness and sensitivity in a really difficult time of my life.

I would 100% recommend Hire Fitness to anyone looking to rent a treadmill especially those who feel uncomfortable to do so at the gym because the people who work there are absolutely lovely and will put you completely at ease.

Thank you again everyone at the Hire Fitness office, particularly Shirley.

Excellent product and service

Excellent product and service, always happy to help if you call support, delivery and install team very knowledgeable and helpful. This company is ideal for hiring fitness equipment for short or long term, this is the 3rd time I have hired equipment. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service

I'm extremely happy with my treadmill and the outstanding customer service I received from Hire Fitness. The process has been seamless - from choosing which machine to rent to signing the contract and organising delivery. Tim was very knowledgable, explained everything in detail and did a fantastic job delivering and setting up the treadmill. Thank you Hire Fitness!
