SCAM

I’m so disappointed with myself that I didn’t check here before buying.
I made a purchase then knew something was wrong straight away. The payment went through in US dollars and went to someone called Nicholas Hand.
I immediately contacted PayPal who said the transaction had gone through but was pending their end so they couldn’t do anything.
No confirmation email.
I have cancelled my credit card and opened a fraud case with credit card company.

Scam site

As with the other review. I tried to buy two camping chairs and thankfully my bank rejected the payment. The amount it tried to take after I clicked on the purchase button was a few £ different to the cost they should have been.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE . You will be scammed as I have been. It looks like a UK Website with a UK address but it is a front for a Hong Kong Company . The address 4 Scotswood Road, Horfield,
BS7 8TJ is fake. Horfield is in Bristol and that PO is for Gloucester Road. There is no Scotswood Road except in Newcastle. There are no email or phone contact details on the website . The contact us form on the website gives an error if you try and submit. I placed an order saturday for a discounted Hi Gear camping chair . High Gear is a Gooutdoors own brand which camping shops like Blacks and Millets aslo stock. It was listed as £36.50. I paid using a debit card and an error flashed up saying the payment had failed and directed me to a Stripe payment window requesting 365 HK Dollars. I cancelled out . I then got a bank notification to say 36.58 not £36.50 had been taken as a pending payment. I have had no email order confirmation from the supplier . Today the pending payment cleared but £37.59 was taken so it has increased twice due to exchange rate fluctuations . They put old £ prices on the website but charge a Hong Kong Dollar price so the £ price they take will be based on the current exchange rate difference . I doubt i will ever see any chair and even if i do it i will 100% be counterfeit. Gooutdoors would not ship to HK to ship back here and if the company was at that address in the UK then i would expect to pay in pounds. Unfortunately I have to wait 14 days before the bank will do anything

Fraudulent website?

Something very dodgy about this website. I didn’t look into it in too much detail, but when attempting to check out it took me to a dodgy payment company: chicpalomo plc. Subsequently got a fraud warning on our credit card.

Across website language looks suspicious.
