Order Wednesday evening but no delivery received
Called to the company and I was told "between the lines " that is no their responsibility that the bucket is not received as Hilmars got a delivery confirmation from the delivery company. Finally, we agreed that they will call their delivery company and figured out what did happen... but still waiting for an e-mail from them:(. Bottom line, I was not able to give away the bucket, the flowers are somewhere getting ruined, and a company that has no idea what happened and do not want to assume responsibility. I do not recommend them.
