I had a damaged tyre and rang Toyota who immediately sent an AA repair to pick up my tyre and an outstanding piece of customer service by Craig Burrows of Hills of Woodford Toyota arranged for a service technician to put the new tyre on the rim and was back home within the hour of the AA assistance coming to me. A fantastic effort and much appreciation.

Absolutely amazing service. John S was extremely professional from start to finish, couldn't ask for more. He answered all my queries and made it a nice, easy transaction. The product was exactly as described. Have already recommended to others and will certainly be back in the future.

Brought a gearbox sorry faulty gearbox
Told them about it .gave them the VAG fault codes that came up from the gearbox. I said to save you money to take out the gearbox and send it to you I would send my car to your gearbox people. (i must admit he did say that they would pay for the gearbox to be removed) so they can see what the gearbox is doing while in the car .they messed me around for over a week saying this and that which is just rubbish .I took my car to two vw specialist who told me the sensor in the gearbox needed to be changed which is a big job.that is the reason their gearbox people don't want to do it .on top of that the gearbox got a gasket leak .loss money not working .
