Bought a CAR GPS. In never was delivered to me. Was stopped at the coustoms who sent the Item back again to the deliverer in China. High-tech-discount admitted that The GPS was retuned to the deliverer, but they never cared returning my money ( € 360,- )

Endless correspondence - in vain

Ordered something end of November, they got the money but I never received the product, in my Profile it says "en cours de preparation". No one answers any e-mails or anything. Stay away from this company!!!!
To those who have already been frauded: I wrote to the European Consumer Centre Belgium (there is one in every European country) this morning and I already got a reply from them saying that they have transferred the matter to their French counterparts who will contact Hightech Discount. They also advised that I contest the payment as my credit card company should be able to cover the loss in case Hightech does not deliver the product or reimburse.

I ordered a I phone 7Plus and paid 936.39 € on 4.12.16 .When they didn't deliver and hadn't the item in stock I cancelled the order asking for re-emboursement.After several e-mails I finally received the following email.
Several emails later (noting change of email address to had place.fr) I have still no refund and no further replies to my emails, This is fraud.
